Island Health Partnership & Engagement Survey

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for being willing to complete this survey to inform improvement of Island Health's practice of engagement and partnership with patients, families, and community partners.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on draft principles and approaches for partnership and engagement. We are currently defining engagement as a process, and partnership as a relationship. We want to hear your feedback so we can design purposeful and meaningful partnership and engagement across Island Health.

This survey is the beginning of a process that will continue over the next year, including more opportunities for input in the fall and throughout implementation of our new model. We commit to sharing back the results of this process with participants this fall.
