As of Tuesday, September 5, 2023 we have transitioned to using the Toxic Drug Health Alert text based system to report unregulated drug-poisonings. To become an anonymous subscriber text JOIN to 253787, and subscribers will receive text alerts when Island Health distributes drug-poisoning overdose advisories to specific regions. Service providers and community members can text OD to 253787 to report unregulated drug-poisonings, you will be prompted to add details about the specific unregulated drug-poisoning. This important information will be shared with our Population Health Surveillance, Assessment and Epidemiology team.

Please report all Toxic Drug Poisonings by texting OD to 253787 instead of the Community Reporting Tool.

On September 5, 2023 the Community Reporting Tool will no longer be functioning.
